1. This policy explains what personal data Motifold collects and how we use it. Motifold is the data controller. Contact: support@motifold.app.
2. Account data: your email, name and profile picture from your sign-in (Google or email), and your password if you set one (stored only as a secure hash).
3. Your content: the images you upload, the prompts you write, and the images you create, plus your credit balance and purchase history.
4. Technical data: your IP address and basic request logs, used to keep the service secure and to prevent abuse.
5. We use this data to provide the service you signed up for, to keep it secure, and to meet legal obligations. We don't sell your data and we don't use it for advertising.
6. Service providers who process data for us: Oracle Cloud (hosting, United Kingdom), Cloudflare (network and security), AI image providers (your prompts and images, to generate results), Paddle (payments and tax), our email provider (sign-in and account emails) and Google (if you sign in with Google). Some of them process data outside the UK, with appropriate safeguards.
7. Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle receives the details needed to complete your order. We never see your full card details.
8. We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your language. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
9. We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.
10. You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing support@motifold.app. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
11. Motifold is not meant for children under 16.
12. We may update this policy. If a change matters, we'll tell you by email or on the site.
